"My wife and I purchased a home just about a year ago. For us, it was a very exciting time. We had a full home inspection done prior to our purchase which showed no issues with the home. Late into last fall, we had a terrible storm blow through our area we had visible damage to our roof. But more importantly, I had a leak coming through my attic down into my granddaughter's bedroom. We set an appointment with him and he explained that we needed to do a patch on the roof immediately because we were coming Into weather storms again.
